Is CHR an authorized dealer of Ariel, Waukesha or the other brands on this site?
No. CHR is an independent supplier based in Calgary, Alberta. We are not affiliated with, authorized by or an official dealer of any manufacturer listed. Brand names and part numbers are used only to identify which equipment a part fits.
Do you supply OEM genuine parts or aftermarket parts?
Both. Depending on availability and your requirements we supply OEM genuine parts sourced through independent channels, or qualified aftermarket and equivalent parts. Every quotation states, line by line, which one you are getting.
Can you quote a part number that is not listed on the website?
Yes. The online list is not exhaustive. Send the part number, a nameplate photo or the equipment model and serial number, and we will source and quote it.
Do you ship to Europe and other countries?
Yes, on request. We ship from Calgary across Canada, to the United States, Europe and other countries, and quote in US or Canadian dollars. Delivery terms and export documentation are stated on each quote. International shipments are subject to export control and sanctions regulations, and end-user information may be required.
How quickly do you reply to a quote request?
We reply within 5–10 business days with availability, lead time and whether each part is OEM genuine or an equivalent. Some parts need confirmation from our supplier contacts before we can quote.
What engineering services does CHR provide?
Feasibility studies, FEED, detailed engineering and EPCM delivery, owner's engineer services, independent project health assessments, commissioning, troubleshooting and debottlenecking for oil and gas facilities.
